Signal Park Tolworth: Updated plans for Phase 2: another chance to have your say

The following is from the developer’s website (click for link)

“We would like to thank everyone who attended the public consultation events back in June 2023. We received lots of useful comments that have been helpful in shaping the development.

Creating a long-lasting community
We are not just committed to delivering much needed housing for local residents; we are also creating a new and long-lasting community that local residents can be proud to call their home.

Central to this philosophy is our ambition to provide events and spaces that will let neighbours come together and get to know one another in a friendly environment.
Since June, we have been working hard to develop the scheme further, and have made amendments in response to feedback received.

Before formally submitting a planning application, we are keen to share our updated plans and hear your thoughts and feedback. We are pleased to invite you to our public exhibition where we will be presenting our proposals and where you will have the opportunity to talk to members of the project team and leave your feedback. ”
