22/01582/FUL | Demolition of existing buildings and the erection of a part three, part four, part five storey building with a lower ground level to provide 759 sqm of commercial floor space (Use Class E), 34 residential units (Class C3) and associated communal and open space in addition to associated highways works and landscaping | 30 South Lane And 45-51 High Street Kingston Upon Thames KT1 1LQ

We will respond in detail in due course. Changes to the scheme are modest, aiming to address earlier feedback to the previous scheme. Notably there has been a slight reduction to the height and massing at one end of the development and the use of three differently coloured bricks to suggest. perhaps that the  three elements of the proposal separate from each other. As usual the planning portal does not make it easy to review the 99 separate documents so we have combined into one (large) file the dozen Design and Access statements which most coherently explain the scheme.
