A new application for the Tolworth Tower site has been lodged with Kingston Council, and proposes 499 new flats. The plans include changing the iconic office building into 261 apartments and building two new towers on the site. One of the new towers would be up to 19 storeys with 136 flats. and the second smaller tower, would be 15 storeys and contain 102 flats. However, there are no affordable homes planned on the site.
